- Information you give us: name, email, phone number, social media handles, business name, city/county, your logo and branding assets, and anything you send us through our forms or by email.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that.
- Basic site data: our website is a simple static page; we collect only limited technical information needed to operate and secure it.
How we use your information
- To deliver the services you purchased (produce and send your reels/clips).
- To communicate with you about your order, account, and support.
- To process payments (through Stripe) and send receipts.
- To improve our services.
How we share information
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business — for example, Stripe (payments), Google (forms, storage, email), and our website host — and only as needed to provide the service, or if required by law.

We store your information using reputable providers (such as Google) and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Sales@MyTownReels.com (subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons).
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Third-party links
Our site and content may link to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Stripe, etc.). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
